Follow these steps after your ready message arrives. Keep your order code open for the handoff.

Before you leave Wait for the “ready for pickup” message. Bring the order code from that message. The sample code shown here is CP-482.

Enter from Maple Street

Use the north lot entrance beside the green pickup sign. The street and store are fictional.

Park in green pickup spots 4-5

Stay with the vehicle. If every pickup spot is occupied, wait in a regular space and call before moving closer.

Call from the parked vehicle

Use the number in the ready message. Say your order code, pickup spot, and vehicle color. This page does not place the call.

Confirm the code at handoff

Show or say the order code. Open the trunk or door only when the staff member reaches the vehicle.

Someone else is collecting

Send them the ready message and order code. They should give their own vehicle color and pickup spot when they call.

If something goes wrong

  • No ready message: do not start the pickup trip.
  • No pickup space: use a regular space and call.
  • Order mismatch: keep the package closed and call from the lot.
