Wake the display.
Press Power on the black remote.

Choose HDMI 1.
The input label should read “Table cable.”

Connect the laptop.
Use the blue HDMI cable. Add the orange USB-C adapter only if needed.

Connect room audio.
Plug the speakerphone USB cable into the laptop and select “Cedar Speaker.”

Show one test slide.
Confirm the picture and play a short local sound before guests arrive.

Confirm the display says HDMI 1.

Reconnect both ends of the blue cable.

Remove and reconnect the orange adapter.

Stop after these checks and contact the room owner.
