Why did I organize the summary that way?

Original fictional internship reflection. All events, feedback and first-person statements are invented demonstration writing; no real placement or employer.

Experience

I prepared a summary of three supplied meeting notes. I grouped the notes by meeting date. During a fictional review, the supervisor asked where the unresolved questions were. I had left them within the meeting summaries.

Interpretation to examine

I organized the information around when it was recorded. The reviewer needed to find what still required an answer. I should ask about the reader's task before choosing the structure.

Open questions: Did the original brief identify the audience? Did it request unresolved questions as a separate output? Answers are not supplied.

Next experiment, not a completed outcome

For the next permitted summary, ask who will read it and what they need to find. Draft a separate unresolved-question section using only the supplied notes, then ask whether that section answers the reader's need.

No later use, acceptance, speed improvement or actual feedback arrangement is supplied.
