Fictional instruction: compare the print title with the pickup note before taking the labeled envelope.
If the title and note differ, leave the envelope in place and ask the coordinator which record needs correction. The actual coordinator and contact route are not supplied.
The exercise describes a reading check. No envelope has been collected and no real pickup appointment is recorded.
Fictional instruction: name the wording to change and the replacement wording in the coordinator’s actual request channel.
Example wording: change “East desk” to “Print desk” in the draft pickup note. This is an invented text revision, not a change to a real collection location.
Keep the original note beside the proposed replacement. The actual request route and any coordinator response remain unspecified.
Unfilled real handoff details
Actual source document and version: __________ Coordinator and actual request route: __________ Change requested / actual response: __________
