Hours
Core hours are 10:00 to 16:00 Eastern. Outside that, work when you work best. Nobody tracks a clock.
Time off
- Twenty paid days a year, plus federal holidays.
- Take it in whatever size blocks you like. Tell the team a week ahead if you can.
- Sick days are not counted and do not need a note.

Questions
Can I work from another country?For up to thirty days a year, yes. Longer than that needs a payroll check first.
Who approves a raise outside review season?Your manager writes it up, and two directors sign. It takes about two weeks.
What happens on my first day?You get a laptop, a buddy, and one small pull request to merge before lunch.
