Five years or so building pipelines people depend on. Strong SQL. Comfort with a warehouse being wrong and finding out why. Writing that a non-engineer can follow.
Which cloud, which orchestrator, which degree. If you have not used our stack you will learn it in the first month like everyone else did.

Yes. We publish it and we do not go above it for the same role. If we did, the person already doing that job would be underpaid.
What happens if I fail the pairing?You still get paid for the two hours and a written note on what we saw. Several people have come back a year later and passed.
Can I see the codebase first?Not before step three, but the pairing uses the real repository rather than a puzzle. You will see what you would work on.
