Why it is shaped like this

The body is milled from a single billet, so there is no seam for the cabinet to buzz through at volume. It also means the heat from the amplifier leaves through the shell.
Volume, source and pairing all live on the same ring. Press to switch, hold to pair. Nothing about it needs a manual or an app.
The port fires down into the surface it stands on, which is what gives a speaker this size a low end that does not sound thin.
