This fictional S01 worksheet separates the shipment brief from the charge ledger. Two ten-pound pieces total twenty pounds. Option A adds 140 base + 30 pickup + 40 delivery = 210; Option B adds 125 base + 45 pickup = 170 plus unknown delivery. The HTML review calculates those amounts, lets you enter a supplied delivery amount for B, and flags changed cargo for provider recheck without inventing a freight rate.

Describe each piece on its own
P01 and P02 each weigh ten pounds and measure 24 × 18 × 12 inches. Keep those dimensions attached to each piece. Adding them into a single imagined 48 × 36 × 24-inch box would describe a package that was never measured.
UPS Forwarding Hub's quote guidance identifies origin, destination, mode, and cargo details as quote inputs. The example supplies piece information but leaves the route, mode, service level, billable basis, dates, and validity unconfirmed.
Twenty pounds is the sum of actual piece weights. It does not determine billable weight. Ask the provider for the applicable basis instead of adding a dimensional divisor, freight class, or pricing rule that the source never supplied.
Add only the quoted amounts
The known subtotal for A is 210. B's known subtotal is 170. Each number is reproducible, but neither establishes a complete comparable shipment amount while route and service scope remain unresolved.
The worksheet's optional B delivery field starts blank. Blank means Not quoted, not zero. If you enter an illustrative forty-dollar delivery charge and recalculate, B's known charges become 125 + 45 + 40 = 210. The arithmetic becomes comparable on these three lines; the missing route, validity, and remaining scope still need confirmation.
Label an explicitly included charge with the line that includes it and the provider's wording. Label an exclusion separately. An absent amount has neither of those meanings until the provider explains it.
Keep the question specific
For B, ask what delivery amount and delivery scope apply to S01 revision 1. Request currency, inclusion or exclusion wording, source date, and validity with the response. Assign a follow-up owner in the maintained worksheet when one is known.
The question should point back to the actual cargo and confirmed locations. The example cannot supply fictional route details just to make a carrier request look finished. It also does not establish transit time, insurance, customs treatment, or customer responsibility terms.
Keep provider quotation ID and revision, shipment reference, charge source, and actual response reference together. A completed review row is not customer acceptance or a booking receipt; those require their own records.
Recheck prices when cargo changes
Change P01 from ten to twelve pounds while leaving P02 at ten. The new sum is twenty-two pounds, and the worksheet labels this S01 revision 2. The original price lines stay visible with a provider-recheck notice.
A weight change is not a rate formula. Do not multiply 210 by 22/20 or assume the original offer still applies. The provider must confirm whether the existing amounts cover the revised cargo. The dimensions remain unchanged unless new measurements say otherwise.
The local worksheet clears its calculated summary when an input changes, then rebuilds it from validated numbers on Recalculate. Negative weights and invalid charge entries require correction. A missing B delivery charge remains a valid unresolved review state.

Create a complete single-file US-English HTML logistics quotation review. Use an original freight-worksheet layout with a per-piece brief, side-by-side charge ledgers, and a provider-question panel. Text must be at least 16px, with a stacked layout at 360px. Include all styles and JavaScript locally, without requests or persistence.
Label every amount fictional and illustrative. S01 revision 1 has two separate pieces P01/P02, each 10 lb and 24 x 18 x 12 inches. Provide labeled positive numeric weight inputs and calculate total actual weight. Keep dimensions per piece. Route, mode, service level, billable basis, dates, validity, and provider quotation references remain TO CONFIRM.
Option A supplied lines: base USD 140, pickup 30, delivery 40; known subtotal 210. Option B: base 125, pickup 45, delivery not quoted; known subtotal 170 plus unknown delivery. Provide an optional B delivery input; blank remains Not quoted. Entering 40 produces known subtotal 210 without asserting complete shipment scope. No cheapest winner or established saving.
Use a type=button Recalculate control and Reset. Reject negative, nonfinite, and invalid weights/charges, and clear stale summaries on edits. A P01 weight of 12 with P02 at 10 gives total 22 lb and S01 revision 2. Preserve prior quoted prices and flag them for provider recheck; never scale rates automatically or infer changed dimensions.
Display a specific question requesting B delivery amount, scope, currency, date, and validity. Keep actual owner and response unconfirmed. Distinguish known subtotal from complete comparable amount, which remains unavailable. Native provider quotation and worksheet remain authoritative. No carrier integration, booking, payment, acceptance, fake download, or sending. Use explicit selectors and accessible buttons; return complete HTML.
Before comparing complete offers, obtain B's delivery scope and confirm the shipment basis for each provider. Use NOS to preview a sanitized HTML ledger when discussing those gaps. Retain the actual provider quotes and responses in their required formats, and revise the comparison only when the missing facts arrive.
