Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of NOS Workspace (the "Service"), operated by Hoyeon Yeo, an individual based in the Republic of Korea ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1The Service

NOS Workspace is a team workspace for documents. You can write documents, paste HTML that you or an AI tool produced, have it render inside your document, and share a document as a link.

We may change, add, or remove features. If a change materially reduces a paid feature you rely on, we will give notice by email before it takes effect.

2Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country if higher.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
• One person or organisation per account. Do not share login credentials with people outside your workspace.
• Tell us promptly at help@nos-workspace.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

3Your content

You own what you put in. We claim no ownership over your documents, HTML, or files.

You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to store, reproduce, transmit, and display your content solely to operate the Service for you — for example, to save your document, render it in your browser, and serve it to people you share it with. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for backups that expire on our normal schedule.

You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload. Do not upload content you do not own or have permission to distribute.

4Published links

When you publish a document, anyone with the link can view it without signing in. Treat a published link as public.

• Published documents are served from a separate domain from the application, and are isolated from your account session.
• You can unpublish a document at any time. We do not keep it in a permanent cache — deletion is real deletion, subject to short-lived technical caches.
• If you cancel a paid plan, your existing published links keep working. We may re-apply our attribution badge.

5Acceptable use

Because the Service renders HTML that users provide, we enforce this section strictly. Do not use the Service to:

• Host phishing pages, credential-harvesting forms, or anything impersonating another person, brand, or login screen.
• Distribute malware, cryptominers, or code that attacks the visitor's browser or device.
• Publish content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other rights.
• Publish content that is unlawful, harassing, or sexually exploitative of minors.
• Send spam, or use published links as the landing page for unsolicited bulk messaging.
• Circumvent plan limits, run automated account creation, or place excessive load on our infrastructure.
• Resell or redistribute the Service itself without our written permission.

6Copyright complaints

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, email help@nos-workspace.com with:

• the URL of the content;
• identification of the work you say is infringed;
• your contact details;
• a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorised, and that the information in your notice is accurate.

We will make the reported content private promptly on receipt. The account owner may submit a counter-notice; if they do, we will inform you before restoring the content.

Repeat infringers. An account that is the subject of three upheld infringement complaints will be terminated.

7Paid plans, billing, and taxes

• Prices are shown at checkout, inclusive or exclusive of tax as required by your jurisdiction.
• Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
• If a payment fails, we may downgrade the account to the free plan. We do not delete documents that exceed free-plan limits — they become read-only.
• If we raise prices, existing subscribers keep the old price for at least 90 days after we give notice.

8Free plan

The free plan is offered as-is and may have limits on the number of documents and on storage. We may change those limits with notice. We will not delete your documents because a limit changed.

9Suspension and termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms, or where required by law.

Before terminating an account for a non-urgent breach, we will give you notice and a reasonable chance to fix the problem.

10Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for the content of HTML that users upload, including HTML generated by third-party AI tools, and we do not review it before publication.

11Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data, even if advised of the possibility.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, you keep all mandatory rights under the consumer protection law of your country of residence.

12Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. For material changes we will give at least 14 days' notice by email or in-product before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new Terms.

13Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be brought before the courts of the Republic of Korea. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, the UK, or another jurisdiction with mandatory local rules, you may also bring proceedings in your place of residence.
