This policy explains what NOS Workspace collects, why, and what you can do about it. It applies to the application and to published documents served from our content domain.
NOS Workspace is operated by Hoyeon Yeo, an individual based in the Republic of Korea, who is the data controller for the purposes of the EU/UK GDPR and the personal data controller under Korea's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

We do not sell personal data. We do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We disclose data to authorities only where legally required, and we will tell you unless we are prohibited from doing so.
The Service runs on infrastructure that may store and process data outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union. Where data leaves the EEA or the UK, transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision. For users in Korea, transfers overseas are made for the purposes described in section 2 and to the recipients listed in section 4.

Email help@nos-workspace.com. We reply within 30 days. You can delete your account yourself from your settings at any time.
If you are in the EU or the UK you may complain to your local supervisory authority. If you are in Korea you may raise a dispute with the Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee (privacy.go.kr, 118).

We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Our content domain, which serves user-published HTML, does not set any session cookie for the application.
The Service is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has given us data, write to help@nos-workspace.com and we will delete it.
We will post any update here and change the date at the top. For material changes we will give notice by email or in-product at least 14 days in advance.
