The short version. Only creators pay — viewers are free and unlimited. Paid plans are sold by Paddle, which handles payment, invoicing and tax. Every charge is refundable in full within 14 days. Current prices are on the pricing page.

1Who you buy from

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd, acting as Merchant of Record for all orders. Paddle is the seller named on your invoice and handles payment processing, invoicing, tax and refunds.

You can view your invoices and manage your payment method at any time at paddle.net using the reference on your receipt.

2What you are charged for

Creators are charged. Viewers are not. Anyone can open a published link without signing up or logging in, and there is no cap on how many people do.
Team plans are charged per creator. A workspace where three people write and a hundred people read pays for three.
Billing is monthly or annual. Annual is billed once for the year.

3Adding and removing creators

Add a creator mid-cycle and you are charged only for the days remaining in that period.
Remove a creator and the unused amount is credited toward your next invoice.
Changes take effect immediately. You do not need to contact us.

4Tax

Prices are shown excluding tax. Applicable VAT, GST or sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the country you are buying from, and is collected and remitted by Paddle.

Business customers can enter a VAT or GST registration number at checkout where their jurisdiction allows it.

5Payment methods

All major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Korean local cards, Naver Pay and Kakao Pay are also supported.

Prices are charged in your local currency where we support it, otherwise in US dollars.

6Renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period.
Cancel any time from your workspace settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal.
You keep paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not downgrade you mid-period.
Links you have already shared keep working after you stop paying. The NOS badge simply returns.

7Refunds

Request a refund within 14 days of any charge — first purchase or renewal — and we refund it in full, no questions asked. See the Refund Policy for the full terms.

8Failed payments

If a payment fails, Paddle retries it over the following days and emails you. Your workspace stays active during that window. If every retry fails, the workspace returns to the Free plan — nothing is deleted, and documents beyond the free limit become read-only.
