A workshop organizer needs a small list of numbered session slots. The list should grow with the requested count and start at Session 1, giving a for loop a visible purpose rather than printing unexplained numbers into a console.
Four requested sessions produce exactly four labels, starting at Session 1 and ending at Session 4. The result is useful for laying out a workshop schedule before times or room assignments exist. The count determines the number of passes, while the displayed number is one higher than the index. Keeping those two roles separate avoids the familiar extra blank slot at the bottom of a generated list.

Build the working example
const data = 4;
const result = (()=>{if(!Number.isInteger(data)||data<0||data>50)return 'Enter an integer from 0 to 50';const slots=[];for(let i=0;i<data;i++){slots.push('Session '+(i+1));}return slots;})();
console.log(result);
Validation bounds the count before any list is allocated. The loop starts its index at 0, runs while the index is below the count, and increments once per pass. Adding 1 only for the label produces Session 1 through Session 4.
The initializer creates i with value 0. Before every pass, the condition asks whether i is less than the requested count. The body appends one label, and the update increases i afterward. For input 4, the body runs with indices 0,1,2, and 3. It never runs with 4, although the final label includes 4 because the display adds one. This is why the source count and the last displayed number can agree without the last index matching either of them. The loop constructs a separate array and does not change the numeric input.
The original input returns:
[
"Session 1",
"Session 2",
"Session 3",
"Session 4"
]

Test the boundary that matters
Change the requested count to 1 and verify that Session 1 is the only item. Zero should produce an empty array because the condition fails before the first pass. The demo makes that empty result visible instead of inserting a fictional session. A decimal or a count above 50 should return the validation message before the loop begins. That upper bound is a deliberate protection for this local experiment, not a claim that real conferences can never contain more sessions.

Using less than or equal with this zero based loop creates one extra session. Check the count before looping; very large user supplied counts can waste memory.
If the complete page stops before producing a result, compare it with the checks in HTML JavaScript not working.
Make one useful change
Request 0,1, and 5 sessions and compare list lengths. Change only the label prefix while preserving the correct numbering and count.
For the exercise, request 5 sessions and check both the first and last labels: Session 1 and Session 5. Then replace Session with Workshop and verify that only the wording changes. If you need actual starting times later, calculate them from each index inside the body. Do not raise the item count to compensate for a numbering problem. Fix the index or display formula while keeping the list length tied to the requested count.
Once the numbering is reliable, the generated list can become a small planning page with editable session names. A workshop organizer can check whether the requested number feels right before anyone builds a larger agenda. Share the complete session generator with NOS and ask them to try one, four, and five slots. The shared HTML communicates the counting rule directly through its result.
For the exact syntax and behavior, see MDN: for loop.
