A delivery form needs region names for a select menu, while the pricing lookup also stores a fee for every region. Sending the entire pair to the menu adds unnecessary work. Map.keys exposes just the configured region identifiers in insertion order.
The returned regions are north, south, and west. None of their fees appears in the result, which fits a selection menu that needs available choices before quoting a price. Keep the original lookup nearby when a selected region must later retrieve its fee. The key sequence represents the order those regions entered the Map, not a ranking.

Try the result before changing the rule
Edit the JSON and select Update preview to rerun the same expression. Original data restores this starting sample; Changed data supplies another preset. The operation runs locally in the example, so trying a value does not send an invitation, change a product, or save a setting.

Follow one run
The Map is constructed from region-fee pairs. keys returns an iterator over the region keys, and Array.from collects it into a visible array. The fees are deliberately absent from that result. Reading keys does not remove values or change the original region-fee data.
const data = [
[
"north",
6
],
[
"south",
8
],
[
"west",
9
]
];
const result = Array.from(new Map(data).keys());
console.log(result);
The starting sample returns:
[
"north",
"south",
"west"
]
The source uses entry pairs so you can see every key and value before the lookup is constructed. The working Map is separate from that source array. Converting its entries for display does not make the Map itself a JSON array, and reading it does not submit a catalog change.

Check the case that changes the answer
Map.keys returns an iterator rather than an array. Its contents reflect Map keys, which can be non-string values; use suitable labels if your real lookup uses objects as keys.
keys returns an iterator that can be consumed with a loop or collected with Array.from. This example collects it to make the complete result visible at once. Duplicate source keys still yield one key because the Map constructor already resolves them. The operation does not sort region names alphabetically.
The smaller version keeps the same expression with fewer visual elements. Use Edit code to inspect the complete HTML, or Copy code to run it as a local file. If the script does not execute, the JavaScript troubleshooting guide helps check placement and syntax.

Make one edit you can predict
Change a delivery fee and confirm the key list stays the same. Then add a new region and check where its identifier appears in the menu data.
Change north from six to ten and expect the same three names. Add east with seven and expect east at the end. Repeat south with a new fee and the menu still lists south once. For alphabetic labels, sort the collected string array explicitly without changing the Map's fee associations. A region identifier is not always a customer-friendly label. Keep a deliberate label mapping when codes such as north need localized names or additional delivery information.

Keep strings double-quoted when editing this sample. A JSON parsing example explains the difference between a parse error and a valid value that the operation cannot use.
A delivery selector needs region choices separate from prices. Put sample region-fee pairs into the HTML and share the runnable example through NOS with the form designer. They can check that changing a fee leaves the choices alone while adding a region introduces a new option. Their preview edits are local to their run; sharing the HTML does not automatically synchronize those edits.
